Start-Up & Maintenance Assistance
During the final stages of installation, we check-out
each loop. Our engineers and technicians
are on-site for installation, debug, start-up
and production ramp-up and do not leave until
your maintenance personnel are comfortable with
the system. After start-up, we are on-call
24 hours a day with telephone support, BBS support
and remote diagnostics.
Service Support And Emergency Call-Ins
Automation Integrators (AI) has a 24 hour, seven day a week Field Service support capability. We understand that equipment breaks down any time of the day or night, to include the weekends. That is why we structured an experience team of field service engineers who are ready to provide our customers high quality engineering and maintenance services whenever the need arises.
Preventative Maintenance (PM) Service
We offer an aggressive PM Service to meet our customer’s long term needs. Whether we provided the equipment or not, we will set up a comprehensive PM program to insure your equipment is highly maintained and always ready for production. Our experienced PM teams are available during the off-production shifts and during the weekends to perform the scheduled maintenance required. This type of flexible work capability by our personnel saves you time and money. It also drastically increases production up-time!
